Adult EducationStarting towards the end of February, the Christian Education Committee will be offering two different adult classes:
Journey through Faith, What We Believe will be a 12 week study held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 PM starting February 21 to May 22, with the focus being on understanding what we believe as Christians and particularly Presbyterians. The writer of this particular curriculum is the same writer of the curriculum we use for the Confirmation Class. The class is a good idea for new members, Catholic to Presbyterian transfers, or life long Presbyterians, or anyone who could use affirmation on why they call themselves Christian. If you have not attended the class thus far but are interested in learning about the basic tenants of our faith, then join them on Tuesday nights!
Lenten Soup and Sandwich Study will begin on February 26 and will be held every Sunday throughout the Lenten season. The class will be held following the 11:00 AM service in the Social Room. Soup and sandwiches will be provided and lessons will be lead by Reverend Wakeman, Reverend Durika and Lauren Brown.
Both classes will have childcare provided upon request.
