The Personnel Committee works with all employees of the church on issues involving:
- Contracts
- Wages
- Employment conditions
- Job descriptions
- General employer/employee relationships
This committee is made up of:
- The other 7 Session committees' chairmen
- President of the Corporation
- Treasurer
- Clerk of Session
The committee is not an executive board and it does not act in place of the Session, rather as an arm of the Session.

The President of the Corporation is an officer required by the articles of incorporation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We elect our President of the Corporation annually. The Treasurer is "elected annually by the Session, if permitted by the state in which the church is located..." Book of Order (G-10.0400). "The clerk of the session shall be an elder elected by the session for such term as it may determine." Book of Order (G-9.0203b).All Elders are a part of the Friendly Visitors program. All active and inactive elders are asked to serve Communion, can help with the Sacrament of Baptism, act as liturgists and are to be spiritual leaders of the church.
