The mothers were encouraged to take the flowers presented on their tables home to provide a living memory of the day

The audience's attention is directed to the entertainment provided by ventriloquist Cindy Speck. She provided the voice for four different animated puppet characters providing humor and positive messages for the children.

Many of the ladies partook of the portrait photos taken to preserve the memory of this time spent with a daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt, or friend. All profits went to the missions sponsored by the Presbyterian Women.
