Primer is in evidence on
the stenciling near the ceiling peak in the front of the sanctuary as well

From the middle (and
higher) scaffolding we can see the tops of the organ pipes. |
 |
|
If we take a peek over
the edge we can see where all those notes, our organist Marion plays, come
from. |

The church lighting
system or is it..
an alien craft?
surveillance cameras?
the reading lights from the cabin of a Boeing 757?
..no it's the lighting
system as we are pointed toward the back of the sanctuary. |

Looking through the beams in upper photo on
the middle scaffold platform. The lower left and right scaffolds are shown
in the corresponding lower photos. Notice the lamps don't hang down quite
so low.

The thick plywood sheets of the scaffolding
are battened down on the cross boards with screws providing a very stable
surface (minimal vibration) for painting while other co-workers are moving
around. No gaps or open spaces in this flooring except towards the very
edges of the sanctuary. One would have to be quite gifted to fall
through. |
