Hello everyone,

Just thought I'd pass on the email below.  Because of the amount of stuff we collected here at work and through my church, I sent it over in shifts to help with costs.  Part of it went right away with the organization Tunes 2 Troops.  And the rest I split between two guys Dave knew.  I received word back from the last one I sent to.  Thanks again for all your help!  And if I get any pictures back, I will be sure to pass them on.

p.s.  He said he was "leaving" but I wasn't sure if that meant for home or to another location in Iraq.  Derek's troop went over in Feb as Dave was leaving.  They knew each other from basic training.

Hello Alicia-This is Derek Welch.  I recieved the packages that you have sent to me and the guys.  We are leaving here in less then a week and we moved to tents.  So the packages that you sent were awesome. Everyone got into them as soon as i opened them and they were thrilled.  I was woundering who sent them to me then i saw you were Dave Williams girlfriend.  How is he doing?  I saw him when i first arrived to Baghdad and they ended up leaving very soon after that.  I will do my best with the pictures and get it sent out to you sometime.   Thanks again for everything.  Tell everyone that donated stuff it was very appreciated.
